Our scheme for 19 affordable homes and a community space at Becontree Avenue, has been included in ‘Becontree Forever’, a programme of art, architecture, and new infrastructure.

Becontree Forever is led by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, in collaboration with residents and local partners, and has been developed to mark the hundredth anniversary of the Becontree Estate. Begun in 1921, the estate remains the largest public housing scheme in the world one hundred years later.

We are currently on-site building some of the estates newest affordable housing, for Barking and Dagenham’s regeneration company Be First, and are delighted to be contributing to the next chapter of the areas fascinating history.
